The above estimations for shipping times include processing and shipping time. Once your order is placed, allow 7-12 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Where Does Noyette Ship?
We currently only ship in in the United States. We hope to reach more of the world one day.
When Will My Order Ship?
When you place an order it needs to be processed before it ships.
Processing is expected to take 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm PST are processed the next business day). Our shipping carrier will then ship your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships (we know that's the best part).
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sorry to hear your tracking isn't working. Our shipping carrier can take 1-2 business days to enter your shipment status in their system. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can look into your order and have it sorted out.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email email@example.com.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return?
We wish you loved it, but we get it sometimes it's not right. To fill out a return go to our Returns Portal with your order # and the styles you'd like to return and we'll create a return slip for you.
What’s your return policy?
We only accept returns and offer full refunds for products in new condition with original tags attached.
All returns must be processed within 10 business days of receiving the order.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.
Please note for all orders we will deduct $10 from your refund to process your return and for International orders we will deduct return shipping label costs from your refund as well.
How long does it take to process a return?
It can take credit card refunds 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Double check that your card’s billing information that you entered is correct (security code or billing address) match your card details. Also make sure your card has not expired.
Why does Noyette donate 10% of every order to an organization?
We love fashion, but it's not the only thing we love and we want to give back whenever we can. There is no extra charge to you, we give 10% of the order value to an organization we care about rather than just to us.
What if I want to recommend an organization?
We'd love to hear from you! Email us at email@example.com. We're always interested in learning about organizations that are doing important work.
When are donations made?
Donations will be made after 30 days from an order date. We can't make donations if an order is returned and a refund is issued unfortunately.
How can I update my order?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We process orders super quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request if we can.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view order status on your Account page. Your order info will be updated soon as you are charged for your order and again when your order ships.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order. If you have two valid promo codes, you'll have to only use one.
How can I cancel an order?
Email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We process orders super quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
